Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will work onsite with a K-12 caseload, providing behavioral analysis and intervention services. School-based experience is required for this position.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students.
• Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans in collaboration with educational teams.
• Provide training and support to school staff, including teachers and paraprofessionals, on behavior management techniques.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of behavior intervention plans across settings.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and behavior data.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Active license/certifications in New Hampshire.
• Demonstrated experience working with K-12 populations in a school-based setting.
