Job Title: Full-Time School Psychologist - McLean, VA
Job Description: Soliant is actively seeking experienced School Psychologists for full-time positions with school districts in the McLean, VAarea. The successful applicants will provide comprehensive psychological services to students, ensuring compliance with local and state requirements.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in School Psychology or related field.
• State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a School Psychologist in the state.
• Certification from the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP) preferred.
• Previous experience working in school-based settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local and state regulations pertaining to school psychology services.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments to determine students' academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
• Interpret assessment results and make recommendations for interventions and accommodations.
• Provide individual and group counseling to students to address social, emotional, and behavioral concerns.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other team members to develop and implement strategies to support student success.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and other multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessment results, counseling sessions, and interventions.
• Stay updated on best practices and trends in school psychology.
