Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in nursing from an accredited institution
• Valid state Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current CPR, BLSand First Aid certification
• Minimum of one year of recent experience as a School Nurse or in a similar healthcare setting
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct health care services to students and staff in accordance with established protocols
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Assess and manage student health needs, including acute and chronic conditions
• Develop and implement individualized health care plans
• Collaborate with school personnel, parents, and community healthcare providers to promote student wellness
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation
