BlazerJobs is currently seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join a prestigious school district in Boise, ID for a full-time contract position. The selected candidate will work onsite, providing comprehensive occupational therapy services to students in need.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' academic and functional success.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address students' fine motor, sensory processing, and self-regulation skills.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and billing records.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Idaho.
• Previous experience working with pediatric populations in a school or clinical setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices related to special education and occupational therapy services.
