- Troubleshoot and address hardware, software and networking issues- Monitor system performance- Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software- Provide training to users on processes, procedures, and new systems- Research and evaluate new technologies- Create and maintain documentation of system configurationsMinimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field- 3 years professional experience in Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or related field- Expertise in Windows desktop and Linux operating systems- Ability to develop scripts to automate tasks and manage systemsDesired Knowledge and Experience:
- Red Hat Linux, Windows Server, and MacOS operating systems- Virtualization technologies including XenServer and VMWare- Active Directory/LDAP, including GPO management- Networking experience, especially using Cisco IOS- VLANs and VPN tunnel technologies- Script and automation environments- Network security, including ACL management and firewall configuration- Work in a secure data center environment- Amazon Web Services and/or Microsoft Entra cloud services* We are a Hybrid Office - with 2 days in office and 3 days remote**
