Position Overview:
As the Project Manager at SolEnergy, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of solar installation projects, from inception to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for driving successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of solar installation projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and develop customized solutions to meet their needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and specifications.
  • Track project expenses and manage budgets to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Communicate project status updates, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients and team members to promote collaboration and client satisfaction.
  • Utilize computer skills to manage project developments and utilize project management software effectively.
  • Interact regularly with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with project progress.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree (prefered)
  • Proven experience managing solar installation projects from start to finish.
  • Strong understanding of solar energy systems, components, and installation techniques.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
