Retail Store Associate / Key Holder

Our customers come to us in search of great looking comfortable footwear that is perfect for everything they do on their feet, and our employees get great satisfaction from providing the service that has made our stores so popular. Responsibilities:

• Greet and communicate with customers through questions and listening to really get to know and understand their needs
• Maintain an organized and inviting sales floor
• Keep stock room orderly
• Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using our point-of-sale software
• Work as a team to collectively stay informed of current promotions and events
• Be helpful and have fun!

Compensation:

• Supplemental commission opportunities in addition to hourly wage
• Additional bonus
• High school or equivalent (preferred)
