Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Fundraiser to join our team. The Fundraiser will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies to support our organization's mission and goals.

Duties:
- Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and supporters
- Conduct research to identify potential funding sources and grant opportunities
- Develop and execute public relations campaigns to raise awareness and attract donors
- Write compelling grant proposals and fundraising appeals
- Collaborate with the team to create strategic fundraising plans
- Utilize fundraising platforms such as Raiser's Edge and databases to manage donor information
- Provide excellent customer service to donors and sponsors

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in fundraising or a related field
- Strong relationship management skills
- Knowledge of grant writing and strategic planning
- Familiarity with fundraising software and databases
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills
