Compensation:$80,000 - $130,000 at plan
Responsibilities:- Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home
- Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service
- Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
- Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly
- Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller
- Follow the team plan

- Set listing appointments
- Lead follow up

- Close Sales
- Sales scripts mastery
- Currently licensed in real estate
- Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
- One year of work experience in real estate

- Completes tasks quickly and efficiently
