About the Role:

Solato is seeking a motivated Warehouse Logistics Team Member to support our warehouse operations. We need someone who wants to work hard, can learn quickly, and will be flexible within the fast-paced environment. A love and knowledge of food production is a great benefit!

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of goods and materials.
• Verify contents of shipments against invoices or manifests and report discrepancies or damages.
• Safely and efficiently unload, sort, and store incoming items in designated warehouse locations.
• Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling items according to customer specifications.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and inventory audits.

Experience preferred:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and shipments.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and stand for extended periods.
• Access to a van; able to attend events is a plus.
• Understanding of Spanish is a plus.
