Solar Panel Cleaning Equipment Operator- Spanish & English

Description:

• Operate a tractor with a brush and a robot (tractor or robot is used depending on the project).
• Possibility to work on projects outside of Charlotte for up to 3 weeks. Approximately 1 week of rest is taken after working 2-3 weeks in a row.

Requirements:

• Valid work permit
• Valid driver's license
• Sufficient English for oral and written communication
• Desirable: experience with machinery, trucks, mechanics

Compensation:

• $18/hour (first 3 months), $19/hour after.
• $35/day per diem
• Overtime x1.5 after the first 40 hours/week
• Possibility of overtime on full work weeks, which frequently exceed 26 hours of overtime, meaning $1500/week plus $245 per diem per week.

Start Date:

• Early May.

• This position is responsible for operating specialized equipment to clean solar panels.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• This position is physically demanding and requires the ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
