Solar Sales Rep primary job responsibilities include:

  • Ability to generate personal leads
  • Work closely with potential and current customers helping them through the process of converting from traditional power usage to clean, cost-effective, solar energy
  • Educate homeowners on the positive effects of solar energy including energy cost savings, clean energy, and worthwhile investment to increase home value
  • Ability to explain solar sustainable energy
  • Own the sales process with an account manager mindset from acquisition to close

Solar Sales Rep Qualifications:

  • Work closely with potential and current customers helping them through the process of converting from traditional power usage to clean, cost-effective, solar energy
  • Solar Sales Experience is a plus
  • Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
  • Desire to do good for others
  • Service driven with a competitive personality
  • Driven to lead self and others
  • Establish a team comradery
  • Experienced at lead generation
  • Reliable transportation will be needed.
  • Having a tablet and/or Laptop is recommended.
  • Ability to reliably attend meetings and appointments.
  • Ability to work Mon-Fri: 9 am to 7 pm & Saturdays: 9 am to 3 pm

Solar Sales Rep Compensation and Benefits:

  • Lucrative commission structure for performance-driven earnings.
  • Over-rides
  • Monthly opportunities for bonuses, gift cards, awards, etc

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
