Solarise Solar is Hiring a Solar Sales Consultant Near Pueblo, CO

The Solar industry is Booming in Colorado and Solarise, one of the largest Solar companies in Southern Colorado, is now hiring.

Solarise is hiring motivated and independently driven individuals for its Solar Sales position starting immediately. The majority of our sales reps have been with us for years.

Compensation:

Pay is Commission plan. Our average reps are making over 100k a year in commissions

Job Description:

Your job will be generating appointments for yourself while you learn the industry. You will be going door-to-door to set solar proposal reviews with potential customers. Customers will get $50 for taking a look at a proposal! There is NO hard closing door-to-door sales. We are looking for a motivated person that wants to work for a great company and that wants to make a good living.

Sales experience required. We will train you to succeed.

Responsibilities:

  • Knocking door to door
  • Setting appointments with customers to review their solar proposal
  • Helping homeowners lower their current power bill

Requirements:

  • Previous door to door experience is a plus, but not required
  • Great communication skills
  • Physically able to work on your feet

Job Duties

  • Educate customers about switching to solar energy.
  • Meet with potential customers at their home and review their energy consumption.
  • Generate prospective customer appointments for our no upfront money solar switch. Prospects are generated through door to door contact.
  • Attend training meetings with our sales leadership.

You will know you’re ready if you have the following skills:

  • Positive attitude
  • Prior experience in a customer facing role using your strong communication skills
  • Goal-oriented.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to follow-up on tasks.
  • Ability to learn, adapt, and evolve
  • Demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $59,728.62 - $154,013.72 per year
