Some of your LPN Job Responsibilities include:

• Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians
• Medication administration
• Following infection control, emergency, andother center policies
• Collaborating with resident’s interdisciplinaryteam to provide the best outcomes
• Identifying and reporting all abnormal changesin residents’ condition to proper personnel per center policy

LPN QUALIFICATIONS:

• LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) licensed by theState
• CPR Certification required
• Two Years prior nursing experience preferred
