The Solar Operations Analyst role is a mid-level position responsible to the Operations Manager focused on construction process development, design and engineering support, subcontractor management, maintaining internal documentation, and performing other high level support tasks. This is a hybrid position based out of one of Solar Technologies San Francisco Bay Area Offices (San Ramon, San Jose, Santa Cruz).

Solar Operations Analyst Responsibilities:

• Assist Operations Manager in construction process development.
• Provide Project Management and Sales staff design and engineering support including value engineering equipment.
• Develop standardized equipment for Sales staff and re-evaluate on an ongoing basis.
• Develop subcontractor agreements and assist with management of subcontractor relationships.
• Assist Operations Manager with all aspects of project documentation and construction procedures.

Solar Operations Analyst Requirements and Qualifications:

• 1 years of experience in solar industry, preferably in a design or office role.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Highly developed attention to detail.
• Experience with reading construction plans.
• Experience with solar compliance requirements and commercial solar construction.
• Ability to manage multiple competing tasks.
• Strong computer proficiency.
• Experience with Salesforce, Helioscope, and Energy Toolbase preferred.

Solar Operations Analyst Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
