We are seeking a highly motivated Solar Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for educating residential customers on the benefits of our energy products and services and promoting our offerings. You will also be responsible for generating leads and building relationships with potential customers to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities:

• Educate customers on our energy products and services and recommend solutions to meet their needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers
• Generate leads through various channels.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals
• Track and report sales metrics and customer feedback to the team
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and sales initiatives

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
• Familiarity with energy products and services preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: $65,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
