Solar Solutions of Missouri is Hiring a Project Manager Near Ozark, MO

At Solar Solutions of America, our team of solar professionals are working to bring customers Affordable Energy Independence. The Solar Solutions team collectively has over 20 years of solar experience and is 100% committed to promoting cost saving, solar energy solutions one household at a time.

As we continue to grow our business, we are looking for a Project Manager that will be responsible for managing and monitoring projects from start to finish.

Primary Responsibilities will include:

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for implementation
  • Coordinate with General Manager and Installation Manager to ensure are completed on time and on budget
  • Track all projects from start to completion and monitor progress throughout
  • Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, investors, and staff
  • Prepare regular updates for project status and progress
  • Resolve unexpected issues or implement changes to the project plan as necessary
  • Assist with operational tasks including, but not limited to, scheduling site surveys, filing installation permits, and others as needed.

Qualifications Required are:

  • Excellent communication, management, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively manage projects, run meetings, and lead team
  • Strong analytical skills and technical understanding
  • Experience in project management
  • Willingness to learn
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Certificate in Project Management preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
