We are hiring individuals to start as Appointment Coordinators that transition to a Solar Advisor.

Based on your skill set and development, you’ll control whether you make $500 or $3,000 plus a week.

Position: Entry Level Solar Advisors

Job Description:

As an Entry Level Solar Advisor, you'll be educating our homeowners on the wonderful world of solar. You’ll be trained on how to explain:

• How to generate appointments
• What to expect before and after a solar system is installed,
• How the investment tax credit works,
• The different options to transition to solar energy,
• How solar and net metering work,

Pay: Base Commission

The training is broken into 3 phases:

Phase 1: Generate Appointments

• In this phase you’ll be trained on how to generate leads that convert into appointments and then demonstrations, in the field.
• Along with a base, you’ll be paid on any demonstrations and sales.

Phase 2: Entry Level Solar Advisors

• In this phase you’ll be trained on how to conduct an in home solar presentation.
• You’ll be paid MORE on any demonstrations and sales.

Phase 3: Solar Advisor

• Now you’re ready to generate your own appointments and conduct them.
• You’ll be paid EVEN more on any demonstrations and sales.

The length of each phase will vary depending on your skill set, dedication, and commitment.

Charismatic Chats - Engage in captivating conversations that leave a lasting impression. Answer questions, overcome objections, and leave a positive impact on every doorstep.

Pay: $500.00 - $3,000.00 per week

Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
