Position Title: Solar and Roof Sales Manager
Job Summary: The Solar and Roof Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing a team of sales representatives engaged in selling solar energy systems and roofing solutions to residential and commercial clients. This role involves strategizing, coordinating, and guiding the sales efforts to achieve revenue targets, build strong customer relationships, and drive the adoption of sustainable energy solutions.
Responsibilities:
Sales Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Set clear sales goals, performance metrics, and expectations for the team.
Provide coaching, training, and support to enhance the team's selling skills and product knowledge.
Business Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market reach and capture new business opportunities.
Identify potential customers and market segments for solar energy systems and roofing solutions.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns and initiatives that support sales objectives.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
Ensure exceptional customer experiences throughout the sales and installation process.
Act as a point of contact for escalated customer inquiries or issues.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest developments in solar energy systems, roofing technologies, and related products.
