• As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring the general health and well-being of residents through the delivery of comprehensive and high-quality services in a convalescent and rehabilitation setting and mentor nursing assistants.

• The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide basic nursing care to patients and residents this includes but is not limited to administering medication and treatment for long-term care and short-term sub-acute residents.
• Plans and manages patient care according to their needs.
• Monitor health conditions & record response & side-effects to medication & treatments.
• Obtain patient's vital signs and provide routine patient care.
• Accurate administration of medication & treatments.

• Administer enemas and monitor catheters.

• Safely implement Special Treatment Procedures.
• Develop therapeutic relationships with patients and families.
• Assist with educating patients & families in medication & care management.
• Direct subordinates in the performance of their duties.
