About Us
Solantra Health is an organization founded by an RN-BSN nurse who has worked in the community providing health care. As a staff nurse, the founder experienced an increased patient ratio with a decrease in patient care on a daily basis. This was a reflection of the insignificant amount of staff operating in various medical facilities. It was at that point that the organization was created to offer a solution that would aid in the reduction of the current staffing trends.
At Solantra Health, PLLC, our goal is to develop a plan that strategizes and targets a solution that will provide safety measures for all. In an effort to alleviate pressure, our skilled medical professionals will provide temporary help by filling in the gaps as we display our five core values. Honesty, integrity, accountability, commitment, and respect are the mantra that we exhibit and standby. Building longstanding relationships and superior reputations are crucial to the success of our organization. If this resonates with you, we invite you to join us.
