About this Opportunity: This internship is a pivotal role with our client. You will be contributing to the overall success of the company by helping to develop and implement new zoho applications and strengthen existing zoho programs. They are seeking a dynamic professional with a desire to build a career in software development, and a passion for solving complex problems. This intern provides comprehensive support to the director of engineering and it. Responsibilities:
- Work remotely from home supporting our clients zoho developer needs.
- The role of a Zoho Developer is to creatively design and implement trustworthy solutions for client needs and business processes through hands-on customization of Zoho applications.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business processes and specific needs.
- Customize Zoho applications to align with business requirements and optimize workflow efficiency.
- Integrate Zoho applications with existing systems and third-party tools to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the process.
- Provide training to end-users on utilizing the new Zoho applications.
- Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting to address user queries or issues.
- Conduct thorough testing of developed applications to identify and address any bugs, errors, or performance issues.
- Implement best practices for quality assurance and application testing.
- Create comprehensive documentation for Zoho applications, including user guides and technical specifications.
- Strong organizational skills; self-motivated with ability to prioritize, perform follow-up
- Working towards a bachelor’s degree or higher
- Relevant Zoho experience
- Relevant experience with relational databases
- Proficiency in several of the following: JavaScript, Java, Node.JS, Python, HTML/CSS, SQL
- Ability to produce efficient, clean and well-commented code.
- A passion for problem solving with cloud technology.
- Experience analyzing and documenting business processes and requirements.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- High standards for quality work and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate and engage effectively with both clients and other team members.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills for a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
- Independent Contractor with an hourly base pay based on experience with bonus and Incentives for meeting and exceeding goals.
- $23-$30 per hour based on experience
- Physical setting is remote, ideal candidates will be in the Northern CA Market
- Schedule: Flexible Monday to Friday
