Duties:
- Perform general janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including replenishing supplies
- Empty trash and recycling bins
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including hallways and break rooms
- Perform floor care tasks such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing
- Assist with setting up and breaking down rooms for meetings or events
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel

Experience:
- Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment and techniques
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards

Skills:
- Buffing: Experience operating floor buffing machines to maintain a polished appearance on hard floors
- Porter: Ability to perform a variety of cleaning tasks in a commercial or industrial setting
- Industrial cleaning: Knowledge of specialized cleaning techniques for industrial environments
- Maintain: Ability to keep facilities clean and in good condition through regular maintenance tasks
- Floor care: Experience in floor maintenance, including stripping, waxing, and polishing
- Custodial: Understanding of custodial duties and responsibilities in maintaining cleanliness in various settings
- Clean: Ability to clean surfaces thoroughly and efficiently using appropriate cleaning agents and tools
- Facilities maintenance: Familiarity with general maintenance tasks related to building upkeep
- Commercial cleaning: Knowledge of best practices for cleaning commercial spaces
