The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products are produced and shipped accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner. You will be an integral part of our warehouse team, working collaboratively with other team members to meet our customer demands and exceed their expectations. This is a full-time position that may require some weekend and/or evening shifts. The work environment can be noisy, dusty, and sometimes hot or cold. The successful candidate must be able to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
• Operate production machinery and equipment
• Monitor production and identify defects, errors, and malfunctions in the production process
• Pack and label finished products for shipment
• Load and unload shipments to and from trucks, using material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
• Ensure that all shipments are properly prepared and packaged for safe transport
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular inventory counts
• Follow established safety guidelines and procedures
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized
• Previous experience in warehouse production and shipping preferred
• Experience operating production machinery and equipment
• Familiarity with material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds ( up to 200 with Team Lift) and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer skills
