Role Overview:
As the Regional Maintenance Manager, you will oversee operations for multiple properties, lead staff, resolve concerns, analyze budgets, and supervise facilities management. A proactive self-starter, you must thrive in a fast-paced environment, be open to feedback, and possess a reliable form of transportation with an active driver's license. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in building systems & property maintenance, with knowledge of general construction, plumbing, HVAC, and other trades. The role requires strong organizational skills, as the job itself is multifaceted and requires the ideal candidate to thrive in both a desk and fieldwork environment.
