Job Functions

The successful candidate must be a flexible, self-starter, attentive to details, diplomatic, able to provide direction, and able to multitask. This position will work with different personality types and across a number of publications. Candidates for this position should have strong interpersonal skills and client orientation and exhibit an ability to work effectively with internal and external contacts as a team member as well as a team leader.

Essential Functions:

• Perform job duties and conduct self in accordance with company core values.
• Hiring and retaining team members
• Attend education & career fairs
• Establish connections with Dental Career Programs
• Talent acquisition to ensure a legally compliant and best practice approach to employee relations to encourage the attraction of high-quality employees.
• Implement human resources strategies, initiatives, policies, and procedures
• Maintain and update Employee Handbook as needed
• Maintaining confidential information and documents
• Assist with payroll
• Assist with unemployment request
• Manage HR database and employee files for assigned employees.
• Help with employee issues and review information prior to employee terminations.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
