The Manager Trainee (MT) is part of Soiree Valet’s management team and supports the company's growing San Francisco and Peninsula/South Bay (South San Francisco to San Jose) operations. The MT will support all aspects of the company’s operations by participating in a hands-on working environment.Job Details: Full Time, Monday through Friday (daytime operations) Opportunity for overtime on evenings and weekends Hourly Rate of $27/hour incentives including hourly event incentives. Benefits: Health care plan, 401K with generous company match, paid holidays and 2 weeks paid vacation Location: San Francisco and Peninsula/South Bay Responsibilities: Operations Actively participate in valet parking service operations for Soiree Valet's Peninsula and South Bay locations. Support operations at a 24/7 hotel valet operation, a ~1k space self parking garage, and a hotel restaurant valet operation Provide valet services at special events of all sizes. Support San Francisco office based operations. Attend weekly management meetings to contribute insights and updates. A strong candidate will have: Excellent customer service, communication (both written and verbal) skills. A strong and dedicated work ethic. Experience, ideally within the Parking or Hospitality industry.
