Job Description:
A portfolio that demonstrates the ability to strategically create compelling user experiences that factor in business goals, development capabilities, design standards and user needs 
Strong understanding of interaction design principles and current global UI/design pattern standard
Demonstrated experience in defining research criteria, leading or participating in user research, and translating user research into design decisions 
Experience designing with business, technical and design guideline constraints
Demonstrated ability to design complex transactional user interfaces and interactions for web, mobile and cross channel experiences 
At least 2 years of experience integrating responsive design into Information and/or Experience Architecture
Qualifications
Advanced knowledge: Adobe Creative Suite, CSS, HTML5, Responsive HTML structures such as Bootstrap (Foundation)
Beginner to Intermediate: jQuery, Javascript
Experience with: UX Design Process, Managing a User Interface Library, Rapid Prototyping (interactive prototype; Dreamweaver, Axure)
Responsibilities:
    • Coordinating with Subject Matter Experts to further Design Specifications into a completed product including Solution Specification documentation. Includes ability to recommend modifications to Design Specifications to lower costs; enhance usability or expand functionality
    • Collaboration with other developers to review others code and ensure accuracy and maintainability of code. 
  • Verify functionality of completed work prior to moving into testing / quality assurance. 
Desired Skills
· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
· 3 years’ experience UX / UI design-related software and tools
· Ability to rapid-prototype design concepts
