Onsite Requirements:

• SAP Plant Maintenance
• At least 5 years of experience working with SAP in a BA / Functional
• Experience supporting or working with Quality, Regulatory, and manufacturing organizations, preferably in the medical device, or any other regulatory controlled industry.

Job Description:

• Global Equipment Management Quality Engineering requires a dedicated resource to work with the Business Lead to finalize development and create technical business solutions in SAP S/4 Hanna.
• The software system environment is SAP S/4Hanna 2022 Plant Maintenance

Skills required:

• Able to work with and customize notification templates based on notification type and business requirements.
• Able to configure the notification fields specific to the business process.
• Able to establish fields that trigger emails and create SAP inbox assignments.
• Able to build notification workflows and integrate with notification fields.
• Able to update SAP print screens for reporting requirements.
• Able to create bulk changes using SAP bulk change functionality.
• Able to edit List Selection/Parameters Screens and add to available fields for list layouts.
• Able to create SAP reports from Plant Maintenance Master Data
• Able to Connect SAP to real-time PLCs to trigger maintenance based on cycle counts/runtime hours/meter outputs.
• Able to connect Smart Equipment to maintenance plans.
• Able to tie analytics into report outputs.

Proficient in SAP:

• SAP Application Certification
• User Interface (UI) Configuration
• Architecture and Roles / Organizational Units
• Plants/Work Centers/HR applications
• Plant Maintenance Master Data: Equipment/Functional Location/Maintenance
• Plans/Strategy/Scheduling Overview/Material Inspection Characteristics/Catalog and Groups/Main Work Centers/Confirmation and Technicians Actuals/Report Writing in SAP/Material Master and FHMI and ERSA types/Measurement reading transfer and counters/Mobile Maintenance/Analytics/Embedded Analytics
