Title: Electrical Systems Test Engineer

Location: Middletown RI

Type: Contract to hire

Clearance requirements:

Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required within a reasonable period. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities:

As a test system hardware/software engineer, you'll be a member of a cross functional team and responsible for the design, implementation, assembly, and integration of test systems to support test and evaluation of custom electro-mechanical equipment.

Preferred Skills:

• Expertise in digital and analog acquisition hardware (e.g. National Instruments products), power supplies, function generators, and sensors such as current meters, accelerometers
• Software architecting; software coding in the LabWindows/CVI development environment; developing software to control COTS test equipment; and signal processing via COTS libraries
