Senior Quality Assurance Specialist PMO Tools will lead quality assurance testing for all existing and new PMO Tools that are created to support project management processes across Enterprise Technology. This includes new and existing enhancements to Smartsheet configurations, integrations with agile work tools (Jira, Service Now), data visualizations tools (Tableau, PowerBI), project portfolio (Clarity PPM) To be effective in the role the QA Analyst should be an expert in quality assurance in an agile delivery team; have the ability to independently manage multiple workstreams, have advanced excel and SQL experience and uber attention to detail QA Analyst will mentor and coach team and champion agile and QA best practices
Description:
Partner with various product and engineering teams to define requirements and ensure testability of various Enterprise Technology PMO Tools application and integrations.
Build manual and automated reusable test plans and scripts for frontend & backend components to improve quality and development velocity.
Develop/execute/maintain manual/automated test plans, test cases and test scripts to support all testing cycles, including through implementation. (current state 100% manual tests)
Diagnose issues, report defects, and propose regression tests to catch recurring bugs.
Oversees final checks and releases code to production; validates and signs off on complex test plans.
Ensuring the integrity of the QA process by promoting standards and advocating the use of best practices.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience as a QA analyst on complex technology solutions
Experience with agile project management methodologies (agile/scrum)
Experience in writing and executing test cases
Expert level experience with SQL and queries to validate data
Prior experience working on an agile delivery team
Strong communication, presentation and collaboration with teams to produce quality work Excellent analytical, debugging and technical problem solving Great team player with the ability to take direction and work collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior test automation development experience (Selenium, Robot Framework, Python, Java)
Prior experience with SAP and Clarity PPM integrations strongly preferred
Able to wear multiple hats within an agile team
Experience in supporting large-scale businesses, time entry and reporting systems
Experience with Smartsheet configurations/integrations
Prior Disney Technology experience strongly preferred
Required Education:
Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, or a related
