Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a System Developer for Enterprise Resilience for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Investment Management clients in Princeton, NJ.
Responsibilities:

• Help develop and maintain our team's Node.js services, written in Typescript.
• Help with Salesforce development, including delivering web components built with Salesforce's LWC framework (prior LWC experience not required).
• Other software development projects as needed.
• Help with other Enterprise Resilience team projects if needed

Required Skills:

• Exceptional problem solving skills: able to evaluate evidence objectively, think critically and propose rational solutions.
• Good Typescript skills, with experience using Typescript on the server (Node.js).
• Good web development skills with the ability to easily pick up new frameworks.
• Experience using Git in a collaborative team environment)
• Experience using Jira or a similar project management tool as an individual contributor.
• Demonstratable basic UI design skills and visual flair. Able to create professional-looking user interfaces.
• Practical knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience designing application architecture for simple web or full stack apps.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience as a Salesforce developer or administrator.
• Experience using Salesforce's Lightning Web Components (LWC) framework.
• React experience.
• Experience with operational resilience, business continuity, IT disaster recovery, emergency management, disaster preparedness or a related discipline.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or another STEM discipline, or equivalent experience.
