Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Project Manager for a Contract assignment with one of our premier SaaS clients in Lehi, UT . This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities :

• Successfully provisions and delivers products to customers
• Focused attention and analysis on customer requests to ensure fulfillment and responses are accurate and supportable
• Identify ways to improve processes and effectively provide the best customer experience
• Write and execute test plans (manual and automated) and analyze results
• Report bugs and work with development team on resolution
• Triage issues and analyze to determine next steps
• Break Epics down into smaller requirements in a user story format.
• Participate with IT in design sessions to build out product.
• Groom backlog by adding, editing and removing user stories, as well as setting priorities and tracking progress.
• Participate in scrum calls as product owner and SME.
• Build strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders

Required Skills :

• 3 years of relevant professional experience, working with engineering and business stakeholders
• Strong business process analysis skills
• Excellent communication and time management
• Ability to think and execute in a fast-paced environment
• Detailed oriented and thorough
• Be a self-starter that thrives on asking thoughtful questions and connecting the dots
• Working knowledge of standard software applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Acrobat)

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with Visio, Atlassian Confluence and Jira a plus
• Experience with Product and Pricing definition, SAP, and Quote to Cash processes a plus
• Ability to deal with ambiguity.
• Knowledgeable about the subscription business model
