Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an Dental Provider Reviewer for a Contract assignment with one of our premier Insurance clients in a Remote Role .

*Virtual position - but in office at Oriskany NY location for onboarding (about 5 days) and on an "as needed " basis*

Responsibilities :

• Research and resolve requests relating to dental providers utilizing multiple electronic database files for support of the Dental Product..
• Responsibilities range from researching and analyzing information to handling and correcting discrepancies.
• Reviews, evaluates, and resolves information submitted by varied electronic and paper transmission means from multiple source entities.

Required Skills:

• 1-3 years of experience in data entry
• 1-3 years of experience in analytics preferred - those with experience in Dental, banking, insurance preferred.
• Must be proficient in Excel and have computer literacy.Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
