Swing-bed services with float to Outpatient Rehab as needed
Ratios: 1:1 patient care
3 Years Of Experience RequiredFirst-time travelers accepted
BLS required
No call or weekends
Locals accepted
Must have Oklahoma licensure
RTO Restrictions: No RTO 7/29/24-8/02/24
Guaranteed Hours: 80 hours/ppd
Doctorate in Physical Therapy required
