SOFT's client, located in Syracuse, NY is looking for a Training Coordinator for a long term contract assignment. This is a hybrid role with two days per week in the office. Training background is strongly preferred but open to the right candidate if they can analyze data, manage multiple priorities, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
As part of the Training Team, the Training Analyst will support the Lead Training Coordinator with management of training logistics and metrics. This includes tracking Backoffice and Field training programs as they are being delivered to impacted employees.

POWERBI IS REQUIRED

Key Activities:

• Handle facility and equipment scheduling and setup of required training devices and materials
• Support monthly check-ins for the highly impacted stakeholder groups to ensure adequate training needs are met
• Create course codes for tracking of upcoming trainings
• Update the employee survey satisfaction tracker after each training delivery session to capture feedback from impacted end users
• Maintain the PowerBI training metrics dashboard to track training effectiveness
• Leverage reports to pull training attendance metrics, as well as manage the training logistics for Field Area Network (FAN) super user and end user trainings across all line barns.
• Ensure updated trainings are housed in various online forums (SharePoint, etc.)

Training Analyst will work side by side with the Lead Training Coordinator to:

• Update and manage the Training Coordination Plan for all training coordination logistics, which includes the employee survey satisfaction tracker
• Track and manage PowerBI training metrics dashboard
• Track and manage training attendance metrics
• Coordinate physical and IT logistics required for training with facilities, IT, and other key stakeholders
• Track and manage training evaluations, knowledge assessments, and lessons learned in accordance with the unique stakeholder curriculums
• Regularly update and manage the Training Coordination Plan throughout the lifecycle of the Program as new training needs appear
