Softinc is Hiring a Payroll Analyst Near Salem, NJ
SOFT's client, located in Salem, NJ needs an Analyst for a contract assignment.
An understanding of payroll, particularly within an engineering or capital construction environment, is a plus. This is a hybrid position. The selected candidate will need to go on site weekly or every other week .Experience with Microsoft Office, and good communication skills are essential for this role.
Ideally the person will have some nuclear background Will work with local team making sure team is reporting time correctly.
Someone will be able to help them run the reports. Will need to be on-site fairly often, maybe every other week.
- HM prefers candidates from the surrounding area but will consider non-local
- Implement new timekeeping systems
- Physically make sure engineers are entering their time correctly into the new system.
- Reviewing daily time input for accuracy and informing the engineers if corrections will be needed
- Someone with a nuclear background and can under nuclear language is highly preferred
- Someone who has been a manager is highly preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
