Position: Trial Attorney

Location: St. Petersburg, FL- Onsite

Duration: Full-time & direct hire

About the job:

• We are a small but growing insurance defense firm specializing in Construction Defect and Premises Liability. We are looking for an attorney with at least 2-7 years of experience. preferably in general liability.
• Notably, we are looking for an applicant that will be ready to make partner in 1-2 years.
• Among other things, the applicant will be required to handle their own cases from inception up to and through trial.
• This job requires an attorney who is passionate, motivated, and highly conscientious about their work. We also want litigators! If you're not set on being a litigator, please do not apply.
• This job provides a great work atmosphere that will allow the right attorney to quickly advance to becoming a partner and develop their own client relations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Trial Attorney: 5 years (Preferred)
• General Liability: 5 years (Preferred)
• General & commercial litigation: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Bar (Preferred)
