Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in custodial duties and possess skills in floor care, industrial cleaning, and facilities maintenance. Responsibilities: - Perform custodial duties to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the facility - Clean and sanitize restrooms, common areas, and office spaces - Conduct floor care tasks including buffing, mopping, and vacuuming - Handle industrial cleaning tasks as needed - Assist with facilities maintenance such as light repairs and maintenance tasks - Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal - Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies Skills: - Experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles - Proficiency in floor care techniques including buffing and polishing - Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices - Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment - Strong attention to detail in all cleaning tasks - Familiarity with porter duties such as waste removal and general upkeep Join our team as a Custodian and contribute to maintaining a clean and safe environment for our facility.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.05 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
