Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Vocational or technical certification (Preferred)
• 2 years of practical experience in a service technician or battery maintenance role (Required)
• Previous experience with hydraulics and computer diagnostics. Ability to interpret and apply schematic diagrams. (Preferred)
• Valid Driver’s License and driving record acceptable to insurance company (Required)
• Ability to use various hand tools, power tools, battery, electric and pneumatic, vacuums, dust collectors, ladders and material handling equipment i.e. forklifts and pallet riders
• Have or be willing to be trained for Fork Lift Certification (Preferred)
• Ability to work independently and to effectively prioritize demands and execute nightly tasks.
• Mechanical/electrical aptitude
• Strong attention to detail, task management, and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information to coworkers, management, internal and external customers in a clear and concise manner.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be able to walk/stand for most of the shift.
• Ability to climb ladders.
• Ability to use hands and good eyesight for physical activities, such as frequent use of hand and power tools.
• This is a full time position. The typical schedule for this position is Sunday thru Thursday 3:00pm to 11:00 pm.
