Private residence in Miami Beach seeks a live-out housekeeper with experience in formal households. This is a full-time permanent position working five days per week. The open shift is Wednesday-Sunday 11:00am to 7:00pm. Hours will vary for scheduled events..

The ideal candidate must have previous experience working in a private formal residence, able to work in a non-intrusive manner, possess a high level of integrity, and exhibit exceptional attention to detail.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience working in formal private homes filling a similar role.
• Punctual and dedicated.
• Knowledge of fine linens, designer clothing and fabrics. Ability to use a sewing machine for light alterations or fixing/patching minor tears or holes in clothing a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, able to meet high standards without immediate supervision.
• Proficient at ironing and using a steam iron.
• Experience in formal dining service, table settings, and napkin folding.
• Proactive, keen attention to detail, anticipating needs of the principals.
• Active and agile, able to move easily about, and climb stairs throughout the shift.
• Verifiable references and comprehensive background check are required.
• Ability to read and write in English, including strong verbal communication skills.
• Must be reliable and possess dependable transportation to and from work.
• Valid Driver’s License and Valid US work authorization.

Compensation & Benefits : Starting at $30 per hour based on experience, Paid Time Off, Sick Pay, Overtime and Holiday Pay, Health insurance premium reimbursement. Daily lunches provided by chef.
