SOFLO Domestics - Miami, FL

A Private Miami family seeks an experienced, efficient, and attentive Executive Housekeeper to tend to all housekeeping duties at the family residence.

The home is a large luxury apartment in Brickell, FL. The household consists of a couple and one child. The role requires an experienced detailed housekeeper, who can work independently, someone who is discreet and professional.

This role focuses on high-end cleaning and expert laundry skills.

Other staff includes a full-time house manager and a full-time nanny. The housekeeper must be child friendly and open to as a back-up / support nanny in watching over the child on occasions.

The candidate should be able to manage their work schedule without supervision and work as a team with the other staff.

Schedule - The position is Monday to Friday, eight hours daily with flexibility to work on some Saturdays and at least one weekday late afternoon

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Maintaining and executing a thorough and detailed cleaning schedule
• Laundry and wardrobe maintenance (must have knowledge of specialty care, etc.)
• Maintaining inventory and re-ordering supplies
• Receiving packages
• Supervising vendors
• Comfortable helping with limited childcare (there is a full-time nanny at home)

Requirements :

• Excellent professional cleaner with strong long-term reference preferably in a high-end formal household
• Prior Nanny experience a plus / Child friendly
• Very good with Laundry
• Strong command of English language; excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must have exceptional organizational skills and dedication to responsibilities with prioritization and efficiency
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of Executive Housekeeper experience
• Must be hygienically conscious - ensuring the residence is in pristine guest-readiness condition at all times
• Positive, friendly, professional and discreet

Compensation : Starting $35 per hour, Health Insurance stipend, PTO, Sick Days, Paid Federal Holidays
