About Hollywood Park

Hollywood Park, a near 300-acre sports and entertainment destination, is being developed by Los Angeles Rams Owner/Chairman E. Stanley Kroenke with the 70,000-seat SoFi Stadium as its centerpiece. Hollywood Park is the largest urban mixed-use mega development under construction in the Western United States. When complete, Hollywood Park will have up to 2,500 residences, a hotel, a retail district reaching up to 890,000 square feet, up to 5 million square feet of office space, and more than 25-acres of public parks and open space.

Home to the Los Angeles Chargers and Super Bowl LVI Champion Los Angeles Rams, SoFi Stadium is the host of world-renowned sporting events, including Super Bowl LVI in 2022, College Football Playoff National Championship game 2023, WrestleMania 2023, World Cup 2026, and the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the Olympics in 2028. Adjacent to the stadium and under the same roof canopy is a 2.5-acre open-air plaza, American Airlines Plaza, and the 6,000-seat YouTube Theater. YouTube Theater is an intimate venue, making it the perfect place for concerts, comedy, awards shows, esports competitions, community gatherings, conferences and more.

As the Coordinator, Partnership Management, You Will..

Hollywood Park is looking to bring on a Coordinator, Partnership Management who will be responsible for the management and implementation of contractual assets for the entire 298 acre campus which includes SoFi Stadium, YouTube Theater and our soon to come online Retail District.

The chosen individual will be an out-of-the-box thinker who is humble, creative, adaptable and analytical. Ideally, the chosen candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced start-up culture as well as a large organization, and deeply understands the requirements to effectively scale and build a mission-driven company. A passion, knowledge and understanding of industry trends, best practices and innovative thinking is strongly preferred.

More Specific Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To…

• Support the overall Partnership Management team with various administrative duties
• Own the hospitality process such as contracted tickets, purchased tickets, and ticket banks for all Hollywood Park entities including SoFi Stadium & YouTube Theater for both NFL games and non-NFL events
• Manage various NFL game day and non-NFL event night deliverables such as the Digital Out of Home playlist, the in-bowl LED playlist, the shot list with our photographer, logistics pertaining to partner activation load-ins and load-outs, etc.
• Host our Partner Suite on NFL game days and non-NFL event nights including ordering & replenishing all food and beverage needs, purchasing of custom Merch items, etc.
• Assist with planning and executing of partner related events throughout the year
• Provide additional administrative support as needed
• Other projects and duties as assigned by Supervisor/Management

We’d Love to Hear From People With…

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited College or University required
• 2 years of corporate sponsorship and/or account management experience, preferable within the sports and entertainment industry
• Strong attention to detail, effective follow-up and follow-through required
• An intentional thinker who can make connections across all stakeholders and apply them to initiatives; anticipates issues and proactively works to resolve them
• Excellent organizational skills, and an ability to manage a broad portfolio of projects simultaneously
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic are a must
• Strong spelling, grammar, proofreading skills and a strong ability to communicate ideas
• Superb critical thinking ability to effectively and efficiently address and solve internal and external challenges
• Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure
• Able to work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members whenever necessary
• Able to balance internal priorities with client expectations
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as required
• Some travel may be required
• Proficiency in Google Workspace

Salary Rate: $24.00-$27.00

 In compliance with the California Pay Transparency Act, compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for this position only. Hollywood Park considers a candidate’s education, certification, prior experience, as well as internal and external data when determining the salary level for potential new employees. Only in exceptional circumstances, if an external candidate has the experience, credentials, or expertise far exceeding what is expected for the position, would Hollywood Park consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range.
