We're looking for energetic, hardworking, customer-oriented individuals to join our Crew at our kiosk within Polaris Fashion Place, which will be opening soon. Training will be at our location at Tanger Outlet Mall in Sunbury, OH. As a Crew Member, you'll be responsible for planning and properly executing the food and beverage service to our customers. Must have the ability to work independently and calmly in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency. Responsible for friendly and efficient customer service while maintaining the Sofi's Mini Donuts brand and image. Must be available to work 30-40 hours per week, including weekends, during retail hours.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist customers in choosing dishes
• Prepare and serve food to customers
• Clean the shop after the end of a shift
• Make sure customer orders are filled promptly
• Consistent and error-free cash management through Point of Sale system entry
• Provide legendary hospitality

Qualifications:

• Organized, friendly, upbeat, energetic, positive, and outgoing
• Must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays during retail hours
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling preferred
• Knowledge of food safety protocols preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting preferred
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities

Pay:

• $15/hour plus tips (With tips factored in, our Crew Members average $18 /hour)
