Job Description
- Service Receptionist is customer service oriented.
- Will answer incoming customer phone calls and assisting service department in all duties.
- The Service Receptionist will assist in scheduling appointments.
- Will be responsible to assist in service advisors in following up with customers.
- Assist the service manager with assignments and projects as needed.
-Ensure all customers have a great experience.
