Mortgage and Insurance Customer Service Representative

Employment Type: Contract to Hire

Pay: $17/hr for English Speakers, $18.50/hr for Spanish Bilingual

Training: 4 weeks of onsite training M-F, 9:30am – 6pm in Daytona Beach, FL

Shift after training: assigned based on business needs. 8 hour shift between the hours of 8am – 8pm (eligible for a hybrid schedule of 2 days in office and 3 days at home)

Job Description:

• Handling about 50-80 inbound calls per day
• Responsible for handling inbound calls pertaining to mortgage servicing questions
• Will receive questions from borrowers, insurance agents and financial institutions
• Process payments, insurance documents and other items
• Must be able to multi-task between various systems to research and document phone calls
• Respond quickly and accurately ensuring that both internal and external standards are being met on a consistent basis
• Problem solving and problem resolutions skills are required as well as the ability to handle all calls in a professional manner
• Outbound calls may be necessary
• Update system notes to reflect first call resolution and any important information
