Are you passionate about fostering a collaborative work environment? Is superior customer service second nature for you? This role is pivotal as our Gaming HQ's go-to People Operations advocate.
What Will You Be Doing?
Key Responsibilities:
  • Expert Coaching and Counseling: Guide employees and managers, enhancing workplace relationships and ensuring consistent application of company policies.
  • Strategic Partner: Collaborate with leadership to address concerns, facilitate succession planning, and improve our overall organizational efficiency.
  • Independently Manage Internal Investigations: Handle allegations ensuring thorough documentation, timely reporting, and effective resolution.
  • Policy Development and Implementation: Develop, recommend, and implement People Operation's policies and practices that support company objectives and comply with legal requirements.
  • HR Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively lead policy changes based on new legislation, trends, and strategic company direction.
Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise for the job:
  • Education/Certification: Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources required; SHRM CP or SPHR certification preferred.
  • Experience: 5-8 years of HR employee relations and generalist experience, including 2-3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office 365 with advanced Excel skills; working knowledge of HRIS and/or Ultimate software systems.

The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case's facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $ 95,000 - $110,000 annually.
