We are looking for outgoing Concessions team players to fill our spots as:

• Concessions Cashiers: $18.00 per hour
• Concessions Food Runners: $18.00 per hour
• Concessions Supervisor: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour based on experience

New England Aquarium Information:

Job Summary:

As a concessions worker, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to patrons while serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment. You will handle transactions, prepare and serve food items, maintain cleanliness standards, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Assist patrons in selecting menu items and provide recommendations.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and portion sizes.
• Ensure that food products are stored, handled, and served at the appropriate temperatures.
• Restock supplies and ensure adequate inventory levels of food, beverages, and condiments.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles is desirable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
