Responsible for providing support for the ecommerce team and accounts through day-to-day administration related to pre and post-sale activities. The Sales Coordinator must possess strong communication and organization skills and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES



Account Support

• Acts as primary contact for assigned Sales Leads to drive internal projects, questions and overall support needed to manage accounts.
• Develop and maintain documentation of key contacts, product portfolio, sku lists and online assets
• Communicates with buyers, replenishment teams and portal admins as required to resolve internal and external website needs
• Assist with preparation of account meetings and new customer onboarding
• Monitor quality issues and complaints from customer service.
• Assist in submitting and monitoring tickets for website changes via Jirra

Database Management

• Sharepoint
• Responsible for creating and closing promotion entries.
• Provide Finance with monthly update of A&P.
• Provide Finance with monthly confirmation of account deductions.
• Customer Portals
• Become subject matter expert on customer/retail portal.
• Maintaining vendor portal requirements by retailer, pulling data and providing data as needed.
• Review inputs regularly to ensure data (price/item description) is accurate.
• Primary point of contact for Customer Service and Finance when resolving issues.
• Price List via Oracle/NetSuite
• Ensure item setup and pricing are accurate.
• Purchase Orders and Invoicing via Oracle/NetSuite
• Ensure purchase orders are set up, invoices routed for payment and statements closed

EXPERIENCE & EXPERTISE REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 years’ experience in an ecommerce support/project management role.
• Must have strong verbal & written communication skills, time management skills and ability to influence without authority.
• Must have proven experience in developing and analyzing sales including promotional analysis, forecasting, inventory analysis etc.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required.
• Experience with CommerceHub, Shopify, Amazon Vendor Central, Jirra, Asana, Google Analytics, BazaarVoice; and/or vendor portals
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
