The Anesthesiology Critical Care Medicine (ACCM) Fellowship at the University of California, Irvine is an ACGME-approved training program that is designed to fulfill the American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA) requirements for the critical care board eligibility, while providing flexibility to tailor towards the needs of the individual fellows.
The ACCM fellowship will provide the fellows with an overall training experience in all aspects of critical care medicine. The goal is to develop leaders in the multidisciplinary critical care team, experts in bedside ultrasonography and strong clinicians grounded in evidence-based medicine. We currently have one position available for the 2024-2025 academic year. We also are now accepting Emergency Medicine graduates, who will complete the 2-year ABA approved pathway for certification in Critical Care Medicine.
